1. Organization Roles Disclaimer

All roles within the Muskegon Mariners, except for the CEO, are strictly voluntary and recreational. Assignment of a role does not create an employment relationship, guarantee compensation, benefits, or future opportunities, nor confer administrative powers beyond those explicitly granted.

Roles may be modified, revoked, or removed at the organization’s discretion based on conduct, performance, availability, or evolving organizational needs. Members may step down from any role at any time. You agree that any gameplay, art, or other content shared within the organization may be used by the Muskegon Mariners or their parent organization, the Detroit Dragons, for community or promotional purposes.

By accepting a role, you agree to follow all rules, guidelines, and instructions outlined in the Muskegon Mariners Organization Handbook. Participation in organizational activities, events, or related gameplay is at your own risk; the Muskegon Mariners, the Detroit Dragons, and their officers, team leaders, and members are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damages that may occur.

2. Teams Disclaimer

Participation in any Muskegon Mariners team is entirely voluntary and recreational. Team members are not employees, contractors, or entitled to financial compensation. All involvement is for community and recreational purposes only. By joining a team, members agree to follow team expectations and community guidelines, as set forth in the Muskegon Mariners Team Handbook, and may step down from a team at any time.

3. Handbook Disclaimer

By accepting a role or participating in any Muskegon Mariners activity, you acknowledge and agree to comply with all rules and regulations outlined in the Muskegon Mariners Organization Handbook and any applicable role- or team-specific handbooks. These handbooks are distinct from those of the Detroit Dragons, though both organizations share common values and cooperative goals. The Muskegon Mariners reserve the right to update, amend, or replace handbook content at any time. Continued participation following such changes is considered acceptance of the updated terms.
